My approach to operations comes from 11 years spent inside a fast-growing, multi-location, service business. I watched firsthand what happens when a business scales past its foundational structure
I know the reality of an overwhelmed team, a fragmented software stack, and leadership challenge and misalignment. When there is no clear framework for accountability, employees default to doing things their own way. This creates a disconnect between leadership and daily execution, causing projects to stall, efficiency to drop, and revenue that hits a growth ceiling
I spent my time as the execution partner between ownership and operations. I designed the infrastructure, documented the processes, and built the foundational systems that took the company from three people with no structure to a high-six-figure operation, tripling revenue with a lean, remote team. I learned firsthand that the best system is the one your team will actually use under pressure and hold under the weight of a growing business. I learned that operations isn't just about choosing software. It is about organizing how work actually gets done, clarifying who owns which task, and building a structure that functions smoothly even when the business owner is absent.
